“My experience was amazing, I have never taken any sort of photos in this style, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Kenyatta did an amazing job helping me prepare and directing me throughout the entire process. I never felt uncomfortable and she did a demonstration of just about every pose so I could see how it would come together. Before the shoot she also gave me a lookbook/guide which helped me decide what types of clothing I should bring. She also has a makeup artist that she partnered with named Brittany which made it so easy to get my makeup done for the shoot. She met at the studio and was able to do my makeup right at the shoot. “Working with Black Orchid Boudoir Studio was nothing short of a 11/10 experience! Being a boudoir photographer myself, I went into this experience with a clear head and let Kenyatta 100% lead the session and I am so happy I did! Let’s face it, I can tell anyone how to pose in front of my camera, but when the tables are turned, and it’s my turn in front of the camera, I forget everything!
